Terms of use
The rules for using Rentbase while it is in beta.
Using Rentbase
Rentbase helps landlords and tenants keep property, rent, maintenance, and document records. These terms were last updated on 27 October 2026. By creating an account you agree to them.
The current iOS TestFlight build is a beta. It does not sell subscriptions inside the app. Features can change, and a record in Rentbase does not replace your own tenancy, tax, or insurance documents.
Your responsibilities
- You must use an account that belongs to you and keep the sign-in details private.
- You must have a proper reason to add information about another person, such as a tenant you actually manage or a property you actually occupy.
- You are responsible for complying with tenancy, privacy, and tax law that applies to you. Rentbase is a record-keeping tool, not legal, tax, or financial advice.
- You must not use Rentbase to break the law, misuse someone else’s account, or upload content you are not allowed to share.
Availability
Rentbase is provided as available. We can suspend an account that abuses the service, and we can change or withdraw beta features. These terms do not limit rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
